The semi-finals and final of the Club Saturday League took place this afternoon. The event has proved very popular and augurs well for the start of an annual competition which will hopefully be even bigger next year. 18 clubs entered this year. Our popular Club Saturday League has reached the semi final stage. Congratulations to Holywood, CI-Knock, Lurgan and our own BIBC team on qualifying. Open draw will be carried out at 1.15pm ahead of the games starting at 1.30pm on Saturday afternoon 3rd February.

Congratulations to Daniel Spratt, Jack Kidd, Peter Haughey and Roy Battersby who this afternoon won the Irish Fours title in Belfast Bowls stadium. The final was an all Belfast affair competing against a very experienced quartet of Mark McPeak, David Cornell, Robert Kirkwood and Stuart Bennett. A great win for the three young stars guide
