The semi-finals and final of the Club Saturday League took place this afternoon. The event has proved very popular and augurs well for the start of an annual competition which will hopefully be even bigger next year. 18 clubs entered this year.
Lurgan played BIBC and CI Knock played Holywood in the semi-finals and two closely contested games Lurgan and CI Knock faced each other in the final.
Another close game saw Lurgan win 23-20 to become the inaugural winner.
Thanks to all the teams who took part and hopefully we look forward to everyone playing next year. If your club would like to take part keep and eye out for the entry forms for next years competition.
